‎XI’AN, CHINA, July 25th 2026 – SMART Zambia National Coordinator Mr. Percy Chinyama has attended the 2026 World Internet Conference Digital Silk Road Development Forum held in Xi’an, China.

‎The forum, which ran from July 21 to 22, brought together approximately 800 delegates from over 50 countries under the theme “Pooling Intelligence on the Silk Road, Embarking on a Digital Future, Jointly Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace.”
