The Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development has launched the Property Management Information System (PMIS) in partnership with SMART Zambia Institute.

Speaking at the launch, Permanent Secretary Professor Albert Malama said the initiative aligns with Government’s commitment under the 8NDP to modernize public infrastructure administration and enhance service delivery.
Integrated with ZamPortal ( https://zamportal.gov.zm) and ZamPay, the PMIS allows members of the public to conveniently apply and pay online for services such as Government property rentals, property valuation consultancy services, management department services, and urban housing & horticulture services, including the online purchase of plants.
Developed by local ICT firm Corelink Consulting, PMIS is another step towards a modern, inclusive, and digitally empowered Zambia.
