SUBJECT: INVITATION TO THE VENDOR ENGAGEMENT MEETING

The E-Government Division would like to refer to the notice for postponement of the vendor engagement meeting that was issued on 23rd September, 2025. You are hereby informed that the vendor engagement meeting shall now be held on Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 at 09:00 hours in the main boardroom at SMART Zambia Institute offices at the corner of Independence Avenue and Nationalist Road opposite UTH Sports Club.

In this regard, the E-Government Division invites all eligible bidders to a vendor engagement (pre-bid) meeting ahead of the submission of proposals. The purpose of this engagement is to provide clarity on the scope of the assignment and address any clarifications on any matter that vendors might have to ensure a deeper understanding of the Divisions’ expectations by obtaining all the necessary information for preparing the proposal.

The E-Government Division looks forward to the participation of all eligible bidders.
