CHISAMBA , June 16, 2025 – Chisamba Post Office Postmaster, Mr. BORNFACE SAKALA, has commended the e-Government Division (SMART Zambia Institute) for deploying high-speed Starlink Internet at the facility, significantly improving service delivery.

“Previously reliant on mobile networks, the post office now operates more efficiently with faster connectivity. Customers no longer have to wait long. Services like insurance and road tax processing are now quicker,” Sakala said.

The remarks were made during a monitoring visit by SMART Zambia officers Ms. REBBECA LUBINDA and Mr. JOHN MAKWANGULA, who assessed the Starlink kits installed in 2024.

The internet upgrade has revitalized operations, reducing delays and enhancing customer satisfaction.
