-Leaders at the summit, including Mr. Chinyama, highlighted the need for collaboration and consensus on digital governance technologies across African nations.
6. Strengthening Partnerships

Representatives from IDEMIA and Afiswitch (Pty) Ltd engaged with SMART Zambia to advance secure digital identity and bolster Zambia’s digital transformation efforts.
7. Presenting CDF-MIS to Parliament

SMART Zambia introduced the Constituency Development Fund Management Information System (CDF-MIS) to parliamentary committees, seeking support for its implementation.

The SMART Zambia Institute is a Division under the Office of the President mandated to coordinate and implement electronic government (E-Government) for the citizens, businesses and within government for improved service delivery. The Institute was established through a Government Gazette notice No 836 of 2016.
