SMART Zambia National Coordinator Percy Chinyama has bemoaned some legislative provisions hindering the progress of digital transformation adding that there is a need to review and amend certain laws that impede the implementation of e-governance in the country.
Mr Chinyama said this in Lusaka during a workshop to review legislative provisions hindering the implementation of e-government services in the country.
The event brought together representatives from various government ministries, who presented their submissions on the challenges they face in implementing e-government services due to existing legislative provisions.
