SMART Zambia – e-Government Division has officially launched the deployment of the Starlink satellite technology and handed over Digital Transformation Centers to Zampost in Kawambwa district of Luapula province.

The launch took place at Kawambwa post office on 25th April, 2024.

Officiating at the event, Smart Zambia, national coordinator, Percy Chinyama, explained that the deployment of the Starlink kits in the province and reviving post offices into Digital Transformation Centers (DTCs) was a transformative initiative that will reshape the landscape of digital access in communities.
