In its quest to maximise efficiency and streamline operations in the public service , the Electronic Government Division conducted a training for all Permanent Secretaries in Ministries and Provinces from 20th to 22nd June 2023 at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre.
The Capacity Building Programme was aimed at capacitating Permanent Secretaries to access and utilise Shared Services for communication and collaboration across Government Institutions.
The Secretary to the Cabinet who officially opened the training implored all Ministries to utilise digital platforms such as shared services in their day to day operations.
